No Cover TV brings original music from around Michigan to be seen and heard on TV.  

Some history:

     Since the break up of Big Al's band in "97" and a long road with the members of the band thay decided to split and go their seperate way's. Big Al decided he still wanted to be in the entertainment business and got envolved in the local media scene at GRTV.

     The first show that started up was "Big Al's World of the Weird" which lasted a few months, then decided it was time to bring music in and changed the name to just "Big Al's World". From that point on it started a trend and to where Big Al decided to dedicate the show to just the music and it's originality. Many bands came on the show and were able to get their music exposed in a different avenue, not just heard but also seen.

     In 2000 Big Al took a break from the show and then started it back up in 2002 and changed the name to No Cover TV (which means you get to see great music at no charge) and is growing fast with a long waiting list. 

     The success of the show could not be happening without the support of the bands and the viewers which means alot to the NCTV crew.   Thank-You

GRTV - Grand Rapids, MI. (Comcast Cable channel 25). Show times, Wed. @ 12 midnight & Fri. @ 3:30pm and Sat. @ 6pm.

The show doesn't descriminate against any music and shows all types of styles. But the show does look for serious musicians who want to be heard and have been playing. The show doesn't cater to those who just want 5 min. of fame. This is for the serious only.

I just wanted to drop a note and say thank-you to everyone supporting  the local music scene. We (Michigan) have alot of great music and talent around us that needs to be heard and seen. So please help these artist and bands out when their playing by going to their venues. Also thanks for watching No Cover TV.
